We couldn’t have asked for a better addition to our wedding reception than Nick Pike Sax! From start to finish, Nick showed complete professionalism and made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. His incredible musical talent combined with the perfect level of energy kept the atmosphere lively all evening, and our guests absolutely loved the live sax performances alongside the DJ set. Nick’s crowd interaction was fantastic; he really knew how to read the room and keep everyone engaged and dancing throughout the night, despite our questionable music choices! We received so many compliments from family and friends about the entertainment, and we’re so grateful Nick helped make our reception feel so special and memorable. Nick played the saxophone during our drinks reception and for our wedding breakfast entrance in April, and he was absolutely incredible. The sun was shining, cocktails were flowing, and Nick was the perfect addition to the atmosphere. We kept his performance as a surprise for our guests, and they absolutely loved it — everyone said it felt like they were on holiday abroad. We wanted an upbeat, energetic entrance to our wedding breakfast, and Nick delivered exactly that. He brought amazing energy, got everyone excited before we arrived, and created such a fun atmosphere. His performance was genuinely one of the highlights of our day, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Nick performed for our wedding reception- he was absolutely brilliant , and got the party started perfectly ! We also hired a bongo player, they had never worked together but everybody Thought they had worked together for years, you were unreal ! Thank you so much . If you need a saxophone/DJ then Nick Pike Sax is 1000% the best choice you can make , I am beyond grateful for Nick who truly made our wedding day extra special. From our first contact to chat song choices I knew Nick was an amazing guy , the day itself and the whole evening was made extra magical thanks to the atmosphere Nick was able to create. After the sax player we originally booked was unable to play at our wedding with only a few weeks notice, cue Nick who swooped into our rescue. Nick is incredible at what he does - his level of skill is matched by his showmanship and friendly nature. We told Nick our first dance song as he was able to learn it for the wedding which raised the roof, and up there in my top three highlights of the whole day. He was an absolute HIT with my guests. He has a well-crafted playlist which got the party going and brought the vibes we wanted. I was obsessed with his jazzy jacket and interaction with everyone on the dance floor. I can’t recommend Nick enough!

We found Nick by total accident, we never really considered having a Sax player at our wedding but we are so pleased we did. From the first email exchanges we got a great vibe from Nick and we are so pleased we booked him. He took the time to learn some songs we had requested and by having him play set the tone of our whole wedding which was upbeat, fun, personal and special. Nick Pike was amazing from start to finish! When we first contacted him, we were a little apprehensive as we had some quite specific ideas about what kind of set list we wanted. Nick was really helpful as he was easy to contact and he was extremely keen to make sure that our set list was exactly what we wanted. He sent through some samples and we chose our favourites from those. He even learnt a few extras that we had specially requested like the nodding dog! On the day of the party, Nick arrived in plenty of time and was flexible in fitting his sets around other parts of the party, so that everybody could enjoy his music properly. Although we didn’t need them, Nick offered the use of his speakers between sets to keep the party going, which would be really handy if you didn’t have your own. Nick joined right in with the party vibe and really made the night. Every single guest mentioned how much they had enjoyed hearing him play. I would 100% recommend him!
We had Nick Pike playing sax at the drinks and canapés part of my son’s wedding at Nonsuch House. He was amazing. The selection of music was perfect and background feel of the music during all the chat that was going on was great. Throughly recommend Nick. He was easy to deal with and responded to all our questions on a timely basis. You couldn’t do any better and the music was great!
I've worked and hired Nick in several capacities - as a saxophonist, on keyboard, and as a composer. He is brilliant to work with and really cares about understanding what you're after. He's really flexible and has accommodated last minute changing goalposts with ease. Wouldn't hesitate to book him again!
Nick played a saxophone solo set at our wedding last year. He was extremely punctual and had created a fab mix of songs including some of my own requests. This included Vanessa Carlton’s A Thousand Miles which we particularly enjoyed as this is one I love to play on the piano. His whole set helped create the perfect ambiance that we had hoped for. Nick went down extremely well with our guests as well and everyone said how friendly he was on top of being a superb saxophonist! I would highly recommend Nick to play at a wedding or any sort of celebration you may be hosting.
On 20th July this year Nick Pike provided the music for our West Sussex Golf Club Summer BarBQ and Party, and he really made the whole thing go with a swing. At the start he played some well-known ballads as background music to the meal, and then followed up with some more jazzy numbers which persuaded a good number of guests to dance. His expert solo sax had excellent backing from his own sound system and speakers, and he played almost non-stop from about 2pm to 5pm. Great music beautifully played - thank you Nick!
